Franki’s Vineyards, first of many, cook-offs'

In May we had the first cook-off of the year. Our theme was French cuisine. We had a small group, 8 people, and the group was divided into 3 teams. The blue team was on starters, the white team on mains and the red team on dessert. They had 2 hours to cook their dish and the dish was then be scored by the other two teams. This can be a really fun event for team building or for a wine club. We can also tailor it to suits any group’s requirements.
